  • Our favorite 'Top Chef' personality is changing with the season and we all know that as the seasons change, it's time to start enjoying spring foods that fill you up without weighing you down. Rich is presenting a menu that is full of flavor and will make you feel good about preparing. In the menu: Pre-Pickle Salad ; Prosciutto Wrapped Figs with Creamy Gorgonzola and Toasted Walnuts ; Farfalle Pasta with Grilled Shrimp and Fresh Puttanesca Sauce (no cook sauce) ; ending with a sweet Coconut Sorbet with Rhubarb Compote. This class is served with house poured wines.
