This Valentines Class is very special as our resident Italian expert Nadia Frigeri creates a menu that will work for a group of friends or just a couple in love. Nadia's menu will be lavish and delightful with: Mini Three Meat Meatballs with Blue Cheese Sauce; Three Squash Risotto with Fried Sage and Fontina Cheese; Braised Beef Filet Mignon with Pinot Noir Sauce; Baked Herbed Potatoes and Carrots; Chocolate Panna Cotta with Fresh Berries and Chocolate-Hazelnut Biscotti. This class will be served with hand-selected wines to compliment the menu.
