Katherine began her culinary career at The Prado in Balboa Park working extensively in both the pastry kitchen, the hot and cold line of the savory kitchen. She then moved to Paris, France to attend Le Cordon Bleu. Upon completion of Le Grand Diplome in Paris, she continued on to New York to stage at molecular mastermind WD-50. After expanding her creativity in New York, Katherine then went on to stage at The French Laundry, focusing on perfection and efficiency. Now, back in San Diego, Katherine continues to engage the inhabitants of America’s Finest City by providing exceptional services to all.
