
After shaping my culinary perspectives through lengthy stints at San Diego's Zagat-rated Bertrand at Mr. A's and Le Fountainbleu at the Westgate Hotel, I became a personal chef in 2002. For the last 7 years, I've been teaching cooking classes and cooking for dinner parties. I've also spent a lot of time cooking for busy families, mostly in the San Francisco bay area where I resided for the last 4 years. Now I\'m back in my home town and ready to delight your palate and tickle your brain. My focus tends to lie on simple food cooked with originality, thoughtfulness and a respect for pure natural product.
